   Please friends thank Jesus for your healing, yet know that it is Jesus’ great pleasure in healing you. That you are seeking Him for healing and taking care of your temple and your body challenges. Do everything in the name of Jesus
Taking Care of The Temple, your body. 
   Let me repeat on something I have said over and over, one of the first things we must understand, your life and body is not yours. It has been bought and paid for on Calvary. 
Prov.11:1; A false balance is an abomination to the Lord; but a just weight is His delight. Everyone wonders why we gain weight like we do? The problem is we eat very unhealthy compared to our fore Fathers who ate mostly what they grew or local grown food. The only manufacture food was ground wheat or oats or corn. Yet it did not have hydrogenated products in it. We fill our foods with MSG and nitrates not wonder whaet gluten and sugar, reacts in our system the way it does. Causing so many problems. We eat more calories and burn less calories. What is wrong with this picture??? I will explain a lot of different things in what you are eating and drinking is bad for you and what it does. Then what you should be eating and drinking and what it can do to fit free radicals and hardening of the arteries and plague build up in bodies.
    This chapter is a collection of articles I have gathered and written over the years and the latest technology . Discerned through my Holy Spirit for my life. It was given to me to help us battle against the evil one, for he is out to destroy you and me. Think balance and moderation in all things. Maximize your health. Keep your body, mind and & soul in harmony and in balance with God. Exercise your mind and body. A healthy a spiritual mature mind, births right thinking in eating right any feeding of the soul. Reclaim your brain(mind), body and soul drink the health cocktail for life. It is on page 35. Keep your mind active, read the bible and play games, crossword, scrabble, mind teasers form the web. Don’t sit on the sidelines of life, find the Kingdom Ambition and live life with passion. This is in my second book “Becoming a king”. Should be out in 2008.
   Understand this article can no more help you than a gym instructor or dietician, or doctor if you are not accountable some how. I recommend you get a group together or partner and meet once a week and hold one another accountable and have a weigh in. Record your progress. Tell each other the ups and downs and the successes. Share scripture and encourage one another. Any program only works when you do it and commit to it. Kind of like your faith. You have to commit to be fit !!! Remember it is not just your temple, take care of it, because your Holy Spirit lives there too.

Luke 14: 16-24 It’s the good that robs us of the best. In the parable of the great dinner all the guests who rejected their banquet invitation had good “excuses” for why they wouldn’t be attending. The bottom line is their priorities were out of whack. They passed by the best thing because they were preoccupied with other activities. Jesus is warning us that if we’re not careful, we may pass by what He has for us in His kingdom because we’re too busy with other activities. We all need to take a look at what we are involved in and ask, “Does this have eternal significance?” Are we investing our time, energy, and money into God’s kingdom or into things of this world that will pass away? Take time this week to evaluate your priorities. Invest in relationships with others and most of all with Jesus.   
     People know the truth when they hear it. “ If life and love are worth anything it will endure the pain of it. Pain is weakness trying to work it’s way out. The pain is what builds the strength of it and our character with God and of God and through God“. Overcome the world and adversity, my friends… Not by being in solitude and doing everything on your own. Have such a faith that you are in complete reliance on God, Jesus, and your Holy Spirit. Fear not with Jesus by your side and knowing Him. We are a needy people, we need one another and God tells us not be alone. That is why He gave Adam a help meet.
   Saints don‘t spew out of your mouth random and unthought-of words. Think about where you are going and what you are going to talk about, ask God to intervene, other wise the devil will be spewing out of your mouth. The devil may not spewing vulgarity, he may giving you half truths and lies of deception. People know the truth when they hear it. When life deals you a problem pray for intervention and a God‘s solution, trust in Him to do it the right way and not your way. Problems and storms are the fire to purify us. To help us be a little more holy day by day, little by little. “ If life and love are worth anything it will endure the pain of it. The pain is what builds the strength of it and our character with God and of God and through God“. 
   The first and foremost thing about a relationship and life is you have to commit to have “a fit“, to fit in life and to have a committed relationship the fits and works in harmony no matter what the world throws at you. Submit, surrender to love, and be a servant. Learn to give than to take. This pertains to any relationship. A Godly relationship has one main thing that most relationships don’t have. That is complete love, complete love takes a complete reliance, a surrender and complete commitment. This kind of relationship almost never falls out of love at the same time. When there is a storm one of them is strong. When we are blessed with love from another and choosing joy then this produces fruit, it makes the heart truly enriched. A love relationship is essential in life to help you complete one another. Knowing God is Love, and living it, one knows Love, so if you are not Love, how can Jesus know you? Before you can truly love anyone and has the opportunity to grow roots you have to have a working loving relationship with Jesus, through your Holy Spirit. This pertains to relationships and your walk in life, it is becoming a God Thinker. NIV Heb. 4:12-13 For the word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. This what we need so He surgically remove unrighteousness from us. The prognosis of man though requires multiple surgeries. A saintly walk empowers your health. Listne not to man’s report, God’s report is what matters.
   Saints don’t be aints, resisting the devils and keeping him and them at bay and chasing him away has to be a habit all day long. Don’t get yourself caught up in constant conversation with satan. He wants to engage you this way you get out of sorts. Just rebuke him, he does not deserve conversation. 
   What is your motive or purpose for what you are doing today? In order to have a healthy mind, body and spirit we have to develop new habits and change out thinking. Otherwise what you read or learn is just new today and gone tomorrow. Becoming a new creation everyday, not just on the day you were saved. The first and foremost duty is to resist the devil and his cronies. God is always interested in your motive, that is why we must have that personal relationship with Him. 
   The first thing I pray you get in your head is raw is better and that pasta, bread, and potatoes turned to simple sugar, which you do use, only problem it can turn to fat and feed free radicals, you even need free radicals too, yet they are the enemy because we have to many… find the health cocktail and commit to it.

   People you meet, in your everyday life are not always altogether as they seem. Oh they are functional and some even look and act happy. I am here to tell you everyone of us has a cross to bear. One a cold, one a in grown toe nail, one is constipated, one is hurting with back pain, another is filled with sorrow. While another is angry. Truthfully there are well over a million things going on to make each of us operate in the midst of our everyday life. I think there is direct correlation to brain receptors and/or action and reactions to life. Let me explain a little.
   You don’t see the neurotransmitters working and neuro-receptors firing, blood flowing, acid being made, cellular regeneration, flagellum swimming about (the first electric motor made by God in Adam), fat being used, fat being stored. There are all kinds of things going on. Even new cancers, free radicals hardening arteries, plaque building up throughout your body, disease spreading. I tell you these things, so you can combat it. You body starts decaying and dying from being a baby to death. No one can change that, yet we can control it the best we can and give our selves more life and more quality of life. That is why the first thing God does when you go to meet Him in Heaven is replace your body with one that is only righteous. Look for the paragraphs later about neuro-receptors and neurotransmitters. Understanding this is power. They are signals to the nerves from making you walk, to your liver working right, or digestion, and when you are full, all these things are triggered and ended by this process. Your body parts needs to work together… so by doing these things I am giving you, you can be of maximum health. You have to do them and not procrastinate about it. Make a commitment to you decision on health to overcome your body challenges. I like to say challenges instead of diseases or overweight. I hear all kinds of excuses. I don’t have the money, I am to busy, I can start next week, on and on. 
   Friends it is not a matter of when, it is a matter of changing. Making a commitment to yourself and God. How can you be all what God wants you to be if your are not healthy. How can you enjoy your blessings if you do not have good health? Sure God will use a health issue to teach you and others in your life. I myself would rather use His love and the word, and my life style to demonstrate the “Way”, not my dieing.
   You also must be aware that the church is the same way. That is why we need one another to make Christianity work. Some of us are good at administration, others at teaching, we each have to be cog in the gear wheel of the Christian machine so to speak. We have to be dependent on one another using our God given gifts whatever they are. So you will be walking in the appearance, to the world, by demonstrating it the way you live, talk and eat. Yet behind the scenes there are millions of things going on so the church can exist to prepare the way for the return of Jesus. So help one another and take care of your mind, body, and spirit so you can function along with the rest of your brothers and sisters. If you are not working then the church cannot work. This is why you must be functioning the way the Lord designed you.
   Please friends thank Jesus for your healing, your very being and breath. Live in the attitude of gratitude. Learn to be a giver and not a taker. Also know that it is Jesus’ great pleasure in healing you. He wants to prosper you health and wealth if you let Him. That you are seeking Him for healing and taking care of your temple. Also now that you and the Lord are a majority in any battle or storm. You can over come in a battle of a new way of life and life changing thought. You have to have a zest for living, a passion. Your genes are only a small part of your result of your body condition. Your body is the result of your choices in life. Your eating habits, your mate, your job, your purpose, your friends, and what you do in making those purposes come about. The choices you make in eating gives you life or death, same as your tongue. You either feed free radicals or you put anti oxidants in to build up and or rebuild your body systems. Sodas, sweets, and manufactured food is slow suicide, for it is poison. Just as sure as arsenic. Bad choices in food will kill you and make your quality of life miserable. 
   Saints if you get this, your life will become easier to understand and handle. Seek God first in all things, pray in and for with Jesus for everything. Ask for His intervention, His solutions, His resolution, not yours. Work the principles for to receive the promises. Commit to be fit. Get your thinking and eating under control, your digestion, your blood sugar, and your blood pressure. Repair the receptors in your brain. Most of all get your mind right with God. Find His peace, seek passion and God’s love. Then last yet not the least, start some sort of exercise and be persistent and consistent in all these things. Create new and better habits. Prayer and meditation with citrus fruits, especially grapefruit, they  can bring your BP down in no time, if you cut back or stop sugar. For heaven’s sake stop kidding your self with a fad diets and artificial sweeteners… it has to a life changing experience, a new way of thinking and living, your way is killing you.
   One thing for certain in days of old the woman and the man were fit, more than the being passive and/or over weight. In those days being out of shape were looked upon as being obese and out of God’s word. Look at Jesus, He is our example. He walked every where. He ate what was good for Him. He ate for sustenance, not for pleasure. He ate while fellowshipping, talking, this gave food time to digest properly and for the brain to register what was eaten. He fellowshipped for health. He slept on the ground or a bed that was not a cushy mattress. People were tough in those days kinda like a real cowboy or Native American people were, LOL. Jesus is a cowboy He is returning on a white horse. 
   We today, sit on our behind or sleep on cushy comfort, seldom walk to the store, we pretty much drive every where or ride a transit bus or train or ride in a cab. We are an out shape and spoiled society. Worst of all we teach our children the same thing and let them consume poison, drink soda and eat chips and cookies, all the fast foods. It is time to change our society‘s thinking. The very poisoned thinking for our slow suicide, we look for sales, to buy our favorite poison. I wonder would you buy arsenic or antifreeze because it is on sale and feed it to your family in small quanities? Well that is what you are doing with that junk. The first thing a doctor does when a patient comes in with epilepsy is take aluminum, nitrates, and hydrogenated foods away from them. Aluminum pots and pans, foil, deodorant, that pink anti acid stuff, manufactured salt. If the doctor knows this why are we eating from pans and cans? Using that kind of product? Oh we can’t just pass that sale up, that is the cheapest poison I have seen in a month. LOL. I can’t believe I ate the whole thing. What’s on TV, or is there any good flicks on? Turn on the game, where’s the chips? I bet you can’t just eat one? (The reason they say that they know it has MSG, it is addicting). Wake up world and shake your booty, exercise the body and mind. Not your mouth… Get right with God and walk by His example. Key word walk. LOL
    Do you understand why at age 30 you wake up with a pot belly, or thunder thighs, or a full blown disease or cellulite. Keep reading and think of what you have fed your body over the years. How you have abused God’s temple. Remember friends you are not the only one living in your body. What kind of life style are you living? What are you putting in your body? Food or poison. Free radicals or antioxidants ???
    Your state of mind and how you handle life through Christ is essential in having a healthy body (Temple) it is basics for good health and/or recovery. Also read my thought on prayer. On answered prayer. What you think, you become and what you eat is your building blocks. Who’s your contractor? Do you use sticks and saw dust or iron, cement, and timbers? Heal the body, mind, and Spirit. Let God into your full being not just partially. Clean house because Jesus is coming over, He wants to see how you are living with your Holy Spirit. LOL
   Let’s make a plea to the people who are in the food industry, from your  kitchen and the soup kitchen, restaurant, sales, or manufacturing. Please stop poisoning and fattening up America and feeding the world with MSG, Nitrate, Hydrogenated food process, sugar, artificial sweeteners, and aluminum. Read on, I think if you do, this is knowingly sinning. Repent, change your ways and thinking. Let Jesus do your thinking. You are hurting mankind. We are suppose to be loving and helping one another, not just thinking about your profit margin. I promise do Jesus‘ way and your profit margin will go up. If you are poisoning people with your products you are guilty of a shameful offense. Read on and you decide… 
Mt. 24: 36 "No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son,[a] but only the Father. 37 As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. 38 For in the days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark; 39 and they knew nothing about what would happen until the flood came and took them all away. That is how it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. Only this time it will be fire and for good, no second chances.

    Friends I am not predicting the end. For the bible tells us not to be caught up in when Jesus returns, just to be ready. This is all I am saying. Yet I have been given a date. Perhaps it is just for me and my own mortality. This what was given to me for my life; Jesus is with you on the mountain tops and in the valleys. Ask yourself are you gambling your life away, or are you making an investment in Heaven and in your life while on earth. Listen to the warning and the reproofs of your Holy Spirit. Are you doing everything you can actually do? My spirit says there is not much time left. I feel there is something major happening in 2023. Please understand I am not predicting dooms day. We all know Jesus will return like a thief in the night. No one knows that date. I am saying this is what my spirit tells me. If you are living like a Christian is suppose to live, you have nothing to be concerned about. Yet I know this, you had better get your temple, your house in order and do the things you want to get done or experience. It is a time to live by your Holy Spirit and letting Him reveal what it is God has for you in these times. Hollowed be Thy name. In the name of Jesus. Amen
   Your mind is extremely powerful. What you think and can picture with your imagination you will receive what you believe. God created you as a visual being. Choosing the right picture in your mind's eye is important, your life will move in the direction of your thoughts and what is in your heart. The way you see yourself in your mind's eye, over time, will drop down into your heart and become your reality. If you'll create a picture in your imagination of something you want and ask for it and be obedient it shall be given to you. Luk 6:38  Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again. 

MSG.Luk 18:1  Jesus told them a story showing that it was necessary for them to pray consistently and never quit. MSG 1Jn 4:15 Everyone who confesses that Jesus is God's Son participates continuously in an intimate relationship with God. 
“As a man thinks in his heart, so is he” (Proverbs 23:7). 

Have faith in God. Mar 11:23  For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. 24  Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them. 25  And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses. 26  But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses. 

2Co 5:19  To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation. 20  Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God.
Not only picturing your desires and dreams, name your seed, plant in fertile ground, nurture them and water them with faith. Ask for the solution for resolve. Pray day and night until you harvest your crop that you planted.

Then discern with God with your Holy Spirit. May you find well being and peace of mind. Confidence and wisdom. A healthy body and soul, is being married to God. Men every successful and healthy man is married to a good Godly woman. This what I pray, that this article will provoke and help you discern what is best for you, may you and your Holy Spirit decide.
   Remember what Mark said picture it your mind and it shall come to pass. Mar 11:24  Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them. Joshua said pray and meditate on it day and night. Ask for Jesus to touch you and to give you the power. Jos 1:8  This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success. 
    It is time to re-invent yourself and life. Make a change and commit to it. Don’t let satan deceive you into next week, constantly rebuke him, for next week never comes. Work with what you have the best you can. Then ask for Jesus to intervene and for His solutions. Learning to take care of your temple and doing it is not easy, it takes old fashion work, commitment, and determination. God hates a sluggard. 
   It is time to go beyond, go beyond to where you have never gone before. Exploring God and life to the fullest. Learning about your Kingdom and how to be the king or queen of it. You are more than a conquer. You have to have a change of heart, change your thinking by the application of information that you are about to receive for the good of mind body and soul is being wise. Working to taste the sweetness of Jesus. Savor His love and His power like you never have. The devil is always trying to tell you that world has the answers and that sugar satisfies the soul. That thinking gets you a ticket to burn with him. “Go beyond” Own the purpose, and you will control your destiny. Remember it is not what life can give you, it is what you can do with it, what you choose, what you think and do becomes your life. Choose joy and the “Way”. Let go of pride and die a little. Take control by the principles of Jesus and receive the blessings, the promises. Reread these two paragraphs and follow them as they are the keys to your future happiness and successes. 
   In this article I give you information so you can research and study so that you can make a wise decision on your life and health. Choose what you will and stick to it, have passion and tenacity with determination. Make what you do a new life style. For that is what Christianity is, “a way of life“, not laws, rituals, and tradition as most religions are. Jesus rebuked the Pharisees because that is what they did. Live truth and love.
    Bottom line in this chapter, I will show that the food marketing companies have fed us lies to get our business, which in the process, poisons us. I tell you this so you can look and find the right solutions. This is not hype or a scare tactic from me, it is just reality and truth I found that satan has successfully implemented bad food and chemicals in this world to kill us. Manufactured food addicts us and makes us fat, that is their goal, so that we will be hungry and buy more of their food. Junk food that is. Believe me if it processed and manufactured it is more than likely junk food. Yet there are some companies out there trying to do it right. You have to hunt for them, read labels. Let me tell you most of them surely don’t put something good or healthy in to the food do they? 
   The government years ago after WWII  found there was an abundance of nitrate from making gunpowder for bullets and bombs. Anyway there was to much, so they gave it to the farmers and ranchers for fertilizer and then it made the animals sterile. The government said well here is a hormone to fix it. There goes the cycle. Instead of stopping the cause, they fix the symptom. This is still practiced today with the doctors and pharmacy companies. Fix the symptom. Sorry doctors I am just telling like I see it. Yet I do see a few doctors starting to look at preventive medicine, not many. Yes there are some doctors and companies that are changing, you have to look for them. 
   In researching for the hormone they found that nitrate makes a good food preservative. There goes the hot dogs and bologna. The main staple of every kids and ball park. Understand my friends, “Nitrate” affects the nerve system, among other things. Like I said previously that is why doctors stop epileptic patients from eating it. They also take them away from aluminum. 
    Our biggest enemy today is the additives to food. Imitaion this and that. I cracked up the other day I went to a fast food place and they have been advertising a frozen fruit drink. I was reading on the machine that dispensing the drink and it said, there is no fruit products in this drink. Now I ask why would anyone want to drink that poison. These things clog the liver and make it work harder.
    Nitrate, MSG, hydrogenized, and sugars. Basically in processed foods. MSG is put in foods to make it taste better and it also promotes weight gain and addiction. There is a lot of meaning to that ad that says “Bet you can’t eat one”. They hedge their bet by addicting you with MSG. These additives are poison to our body, that is why we see so many kids gaining weight and coming down with dibetis. Your body will capsulate these toxins and store as many as possible in fat. Wheat turns into simple sugars and are empty calories and pollutes the body. Yet they promote us to eat our Wheaties. Grow, grow, grow, with Wonder Bread… It is lie, White flour from wheat is not healthy. There are many fours out there today that are gluten free, research. All these products are the reason for our diseases and fat bodies.
   They don’t tell us to eat nuts and fish which are good for you. They tell us how they are toxic and not to eat them. I think society has proven their way promotes obesity and disease. It is good to eat some red meat, wild Salmon and trout are great. Eating fish can make a chemical reaction of happiness or joy in the mind. Adding golden flax seed to your diet will give you omega 3 and help your nerves and digestion. Be careful of iodine intake though in some fish. If you are going to use salt, please use sea salt, it is not processed with chemicals added. I eat almonds, walnuts, pecans, and macadamias. I love cashews and pistachios yet they are not good for my blood type “B“.
   I know in a lot of this research materials you will not understand, that is OK. It gives some basics of what and not to do. Knowledge is power. On the cusp of the millennium, researchers are busily uncovering a host of beneficial compounds in plant foods. While these phytonutrients aren't essential by traditional definitions, they apparently reduce risks of diseases of aging. Antioxidants, phyto-nutrients, flavones, & photosynthesis plant nutrients. The research is exploding, yet one thing is in common, healthy eating of these things is the right food. Stop putting manufactured food in your mouth unless you read the label, then I would  still be cautious. They are only out for the buck. The devil came to steal, destroy and murder you. They operate in the world and today the world is operated by satan. Later I will go into these things along with lecithin in how they benefit your body. You are what you eat and think. Now don’t get so wrapped up in food that you are possessed by eating right. One has to have balance and right thought. Not obsession.
   Understand I repeat a lot of things so you will get it in your brain, OK? Now let us go on. Also understand corn syrup and sugar is poison we use to eat 5 pounds a years at the turn of the 1900’s, in the 20th century we crept up to 300-500 lbs. a year. This is the 21st century it is time to update our thinking and ways, it is the time of knowledge. Also stop drinking sugared or carbonated drinks. Even if they are sweetened artificially, the sweeteners used are as bad or if not worse than sugar. When I say sugar, I mean all sugars. During desert storm if you remember there was a lot of soldiers getting sick and some died. They thought it was possibly chemical warfare. What they did not tell you is they found that aspertain when stored at 100 degree plus causes it to change molecularly and it made a whole lot of them sick. I was told this by someone in the military who investigated this. Yet our government and soda companies are not going to own up to it. I challenge any scientist to prove that sodas or anything with any sweetener that it is healthy and does hurt the human body. If you must use a sweetener, please use stevia or honey or brown rice syrup, or 100% fruit juice. I have a new sweetener I am using, yet I am not sure if it good or not. Agave nectar from the cactus.
   There are a lot of chemicals that are bad for us in the food processing, these are just the basics. Avoid manufactured processed foods, from wheat flower, pasta, to TV dinners. If it is processed or mixed and cooked for you, avoid them. Do your best in eating at least 40% of what you eat daily raw. 
   Drink goats milk instead of cow’s milk, less toxic and easier to digest because of the molecular structure of the curd. You can mix them (cutting back on the cows milk each day) and slowly wean yourself off cows milk. In Abraham‘s day they drank goats milk. It does not taste much different from cow‘s milk. It tastes to me kinda like drinking milk on the farm like when I grew up. Note females should not drink milk it clogs your liver and there is a sugar process that goes that causes wrinkles. Note soy milk is not good for females because it causes an overdose of estrogen. If you have tender nipples and heavy menstral cycle do not drink or eat soy products.
   You can substitute milk with soy or nut milk. Cashews with water and some honey make a great milk replacement for cereal. Like I said before it is best to eat fresh foods raw when possible and rare or just partially cooked. Eat raw foods, at least 40% daily. Eat orange, yellow, red, and dark green veggies. Eat healthy, God will tell you what to eat, ask and listen. If there is a small voice in you saying not to eat or drink something, please listen. A healthy body fasts once in awhile, it’s a good thing. You should detoxify and de-parasite at lest twice a year. Now if you are sick consult a doctor, be choosey in your choice of who treats you, get a second opinion when given a diagnosis of doom. Remember a man’s report is not the same as God’s report. 
    I think a good nutritionist can be better than a doctor. Now of course when you are sick go and get well with your family doctor or medicines the are prescribed. I pray you eat right and learn to be in a preventative health maintenance. What I am saying is find out the cause and quit treating the symptom. Asthma, heart disease and the like are the end result, clean up your digestive track and eat right with the H.O.P.E. formula and you will cure a lot of problems. The formula will be given to you later in this article.
    Saints the biggest problems with your body is what you are putting into it and how you think. The leading enemy of the body is these things, free radicals, they are the rust so to speak. You cannot eradicate them because you need them to process what you intake. Another cause is a problem in our oxygen delivery. The other thing is exercise. The last thing is knowledge and training in eating and how to maintain your body and be at peace with God. 
    I will talk about blood type for eating right, through out whatever I write. Type “A” is the oldest stemming from Adam and Eve, the garden people who where not eating diseased foods yet. Now as man became hunters, farmers and city dwellers. Our body developed other blood types. “O” was the hunter carnivorous, “B” was the farmer. “AB” was the city dweller. The biggest heart problems come from “A” type eating like a “O” or “B” type foods. Remember what God said about pigs He thinks they are a abomination, please avoid pork, it is not the other white meat. It is just plain ole wrong for human consumption. I know I love bacon and baby back ribs too. Nothing like a ham steak and eggs… LOL Buy and read “Eat right for your type”. I am sure I have bought over thirty of these books, I still don’t have one in my possession. I give them to someone to read.
   Let me comment about wheat, I just researched and found wheat gluten causes a lethargic reaction in school kids. The same also goes for some kids reacting the same way if ingesting dairy products. I saw on 20 - 20 that it has been found taking autistic kids off wheat and dairy products the children improved. One person said their child has almost complete recovery. Now this is not a blanket remedy, everyone is different. So ask God. I really believe if you follow this and the rest of this advice it will help any aliments. Your body runs better on premium than on regular fuel. I promise if you put the good things in and avoid the bad I have pointed out and get God involved in your diet, I know you will have a positive result. I know I do my best I avoiding wheat. I do feel better when I do. Yet I do mess up and eat wheat when in public and don’t have good choices. Plus I love sourdough,,, so every now and then I am a baaaaad boy. LOL
   Eating right is not the only thing. Learn to laugh and lower stress. Exercise 30 minutes a day. Sleep right and eat right. Brush your teeth regularly. Because plaque is the enemy. Heal thy soul and mind. Detox ever so often, remove heavy metals and aluminum from your life. We become toxified by what we eat and chemicals we use in our lives.  The chemicals has our digestive track all out of whack. We stop  digesting properly then fat and disease comes. If you stop doing these things of the world habits, and ways. Then maybe they will not harm you as bad. I have given you the basics, study and you find a lot of things that are bad. Now you cannot stop eating from the grocery store, just do the best you can with what is available to you. Everyone can stop eating white stuff and manufactured stuff and sugary drinks. Replace wheat flour and sugar with alternatives in your cabinet. Pamela’s Pantry is good, honey is OK or stevia.
   There is nothing better than having a healthy body and heart. Spiritually and physically. What you eat makes you healthy or not, it is your choice to consume what you will. Feed disease or starve it.
    Learn what CRP is and what causes it. There is more and more evidence that proves to much saturated fat or high glycemic carbs increases C- reactive protein. Eating foods that lowers these factors shows a decrease in LDL and lower body weight and softens arterial walls. Learning what to eat that lowers inflammatory  reaction in our body, in determining what chemicals and foods that promotes it. Learn what makes a healthy digestive track, it will make your system work better. Lowers free radical build up (Rust).  Lowering CRP cuts risk of heart attack and arteriolosclerosis. Learn what lecithin does for your body.
   There's nothing like a good self image based a Godly life style, on healthy lifestyle choices and the confidence. It comes from knowing you are recognized and approved of  by the most important one of all, Jesus! Eating right, exercising, and avoiding the temptation to snack is a real mountain to climb. Remember the old saying garbage in garbage out. Life is tough, it is the boot camp for Heaven. Jesus said He has prepared a place for us and He will return for us. That's the life that God intends for you! He told us the devil comes to steal and kill us, and Jesus came to give us a more healthy and abundant life.

Women, Critical info
   I have found in my research over the years and listening to female doctors and females that I have known, is my basis of information. My basics for this update & thinking for women‘s health. 
   Be sure you check your thyroid in 40 plus years. I am sure you have started noticing  different things after 30 plus. Always connect the mind, body, and spirit for maximum health listening to your Holy Spirit. If you do not know what I am talking about research and inquire about salvation through Jesus Christ and the benefits of it. 
   Take note, Women get in “labor with them selves”, because your body is changing and your mind and spirit need a tune up more often. When you don’t listen to your Holy Spirit it will show up some place in your body. Put away the childish things, and worldly thinking, you are maturing. You no longer can do the younger year things. You need to reinvent who you are through God and your spirit. Always eat breakfast. Start thinking about eating healthy. Please no sodas or Twinkies. Disease, body challenges start becoming a reality.
    Headaches, insomnia, when you do sleep, night sweats, backache, bloated, grumpy, weight gain, cellulite, leg twitching, fiber Magalia… any of these sounds familiar? 
   Ladies take time to please your body. If you don’t take time for yourself, you will loose your health. Most females are some what of an enabler. Neglecting self and paying attention to everyone else. Pamper yourself every once in awhile. If you can once a week. Also sex is not bad, it is a gift from God in the boundaries of marriage. It has been proven a healthy sex life extends life. Work on things that will please your life. Set some goals, ask God. Work on at least 3 major goals 5 at the most. Then Listen wait a week or so and I promise God will show you where you need to set goals. 
   By the way something just came to mind. Don’t wear granny panties, cuts off proper circulation and promotes cellulite. Understand the main cause is a hand me down curse, yet we have to not over eat. Cellulite is fat build up so much it bulges up the cells like a marshmallow. Look in the mirror and blow up your cheeks. That is what your cells look like in the cellulite area. Take supplements that promote good circulation and promote your health by having a healthy digestive system. Control your appetite after 8 o’clock in the evening. Hoodia is a good supplement that will help. Take note of the health cocktail I give you in this chapter. Have one every morning. Work on hormonal balance through eating right. Use your doctor if you cannot get it under control. Get off unnecessary medications, evaluate your meds ever so often with your primary health care. Cut down on Tylenol type pain meds bad for the kidneys. Avoid white food. Wheat flour, salt, sugar, etc. Sea salt permitted in moderation. Absolutely no sugar or corn syrup. Think of sugar as arsenic. Honey in moderation as a sweetener, also Stevia is a good sweetener. Eat flax seed ground up. Stop eating pork, at least cut way back. Know that God thinks, swine are an abomination, look it up, it’s in scripture. 
   Think and plan bed time for a healthy night’s sleep. Take an enzyme before your last meal of the day. Do not eat 3 hours before bed. Take a walk after dinner. Get ready for bed time with a bath and/or love making. Read a mind pleasing book, not a vampire or thriller book. Do not watch TV or a movie before bed they can arouse the thinking, sexual arousal is different. . . 
   Understand that women do not clear caffeine from the body like men do. It might take all day to clear 1 cup of coffee in the morning. No coffee or drinks before bed time, that speeds things up. Set your metabolism in the morning. Exercise and eat a healthy breakfast, be sure you have that cocktail I tell you about. Just stop and examine your life style and what you think. Be aware of what you are doing to your body and what are you putting in it. The temple is also house to your Holy Spirit so treat Him like a welcomed guest.
   Sex life after 35... Stop keeping something in, let go and ask and give forgiveness. Learn to turn your switch on for romance, research and study. Ask God how you can do this. God tells us to pray and ask all the time about everything. Let go of anger. Let go of trying to collect, that is God’s job. Don’t be a enabler. Don’t be judgmental. Submit and serve. What ever you are doing does not need or have to be perfect. Climax or not, just pamper and enjoy your spouse. Overlook the small the stuff, stop making mountains out of mole hills. Accept what you have, ask God to do the changing and leave it in His capable hands. Your hands are contaminated and cannot handle it. Pray for what you want. Man or woman cannot change anyone for the good, they can change them for the bad. The end result is always about the choices you make. Choose joy. You can have sex or anger, not both. Clitoris has thousands of nerve receptors and they respond to nice words and soothing positive treatment  from your mate, be the same to your mate and let the same come back from what you sow. Learn to receive pleasure and give pleasure to your mate. Practice surrendering. Submit yourselves unto God and each other. Learn to serve one another…
   Ladies the “number one woman killer“, is you, from your choices in life. Usually you listen to the world and the world is run by satan and his cronies. Go to the throne not phone. Try knee mail not email. You are being lied to and deceived. Learn to make better choices, by listening to God through your Holy Spirit. Put away the toys and ways of youth. No more hanging out with the girls, shooters and dancing on the bar so to speak. Pay attention to your mates needs. Stop trying to shoot out the lights. Heart disease is your silent enemy, spiritually and physically. If you make poor choices in what you think or eat and what you do with your life, the more you are a candidate for a heart attack or stroke. Learn to be who God wants you to be. If your life is being a female dog, please be careful of what comes out of your mouth, it is either poison darts or honey. Which taste better? Crow taste much better warm than cold. Also you need to learn to be a sanctified in the Holy Spirit make better choices in what you eat and drink. It is your choice, anger or Joy. If you are sad, maybe it is time to get angry and release it in a healthy way. Talk to God about it. Your environment and choices is what kills you, from the all the wrong choices. Learn to make your life a priority, find balance in life. Nurture your emotions and health. Sex gives life increases cardio vascular circulation, increase your love between your mate and you to live longer. Enable your mate, don’t beat them over the head with this information. Give all things with honey and love. 
   Meditate on your inner being in being good, nurture it with love scriptures and the promises. Read Songs of Solomon with your Honey. Do things in the bounds of Holy Spirit. Do what is right, not what feels good for the moment. Do things for the long run. Invest in your development of soul, this means treat yourself with some pampering. Women don’t just need it, they have to have it for health. When momma is unhappy everyone is unhappy. Don’t wait for the breakdown, to get a break through. Learn preventive medicine and care for the human body and spirit. Diseases and health challenges not a death sentence. Learn to exercise, meditate on the word and love and have sex and love in your marriage, learn to submit and serve one another. You will be more fulfilled and create a positive and pleasing fertile ground and happiness will grow in your secret garden, by nurturing it with pleasing and positive choices. Always do what is right, even when you don’t want to. You will be blessed sooner or later. Doing the right thing is an investment in good mental health and happy body. If you are over eating or angry, fix it, ask God for help and ladies don’t give up until you achieve maximum benefit of your health in all aspects. You are special, ask God. 

   One more thing if you smoke any kind of herb or plant please stop. It affects not only you, it affects everyone in your life. The second hand smoke it detrimental to their health. It will even seep through the walls and ventilation system into another’s life. Also when you get a diagnosis of cancer or breathing disease you have robbed someone of your love and your Godly purpose. Whom might have you saved if you lived longer?

   Friends I will be giving you a lot of research information I have come up with over the years. It is not gospel, discern and ask God what is right for you. I use a combination of these things and I change it up ever so often with what God directs me to. 
   Just keep reading and determine what fits you best in maintaining a healthy weight. This is one of the best things you can do for yourself. Not only will it lessen the likelihood of developing fat or under weight, chronic conditions because of unbalanced PH and improper nutrients, it also does wonders for your self-esteem! Understand these are diseases and health challenges not a death sentence. In a few moments doctors can give you a death sentence, know the doctors report is just that a report. A wake up call. What counts is God’s report and your choices from this day forward.
   There is a old saying that “when you look good, you feel good” really there is a lot to this. For what a man thinketh he is… It is also what one eats he is. Why then are so many men and women suffer with weight issues? Why are they struggling, to no avail, to lose the extra pounds? Because you have to have a commitment and life style change spiritually and physically. Not a diet. A life style. 
   I think, one problem is that many of today’s most popular diet plans are designed by men and for men, by men or woman designed for woman. A “one size fits all” works when it comes with aprons, in most cases, in order to get anything to “fit” correctly, it has to be designed with you in mind. Taylor made by God not by man.
   Sadly, most diets totally ignore mans or female physiology, as well as how our hormones affect our weight. Women try these diet plans, don’t lose weight, and are left feeling as though they’ve done something wrong. Nothing could be further from the truth. You haven’t failed, your diet has failed you. I say change your life style and mind. Look into the Greek word sozo. Learn the wholeness of healing.
   It has been said that most women haven't been told that successful weight loss is based on understanding your body's natural makeup and following a sane, safe plan that works with your body, not against it. Here a thought, how about increasing one’s knowledge on the body and ask God what’s best for you. I really think it is easier on everyone in life no matter what problem you tackle, do it with God and a group, a partner, a friend, or a spouse in following the Holy Spirit. Being held accountable in life is what God teaches us.
   I am no doctor so by no means do not rely on me. Ask God. Yet, I would encourage healthy, balanced eating each and every day, drinking at least six, 6 ounce glasses of water or more everyday, drink nothing in excess. Understand alcohol dehydrates, it does not satisfy the thirst, it just detours you from the urge.  No sodas or sugar drinks, especially artificially sweetened. And I would advise people young and old to remove all foods that are white (at least until you hit target weight), processed and sugary foods, especially containing hydrogenising, or nitrite or MSG from their diet, also any cooking with aluminum or anything with aluminum in it check your labels. Aluminum Chlorhydrate is in a lot of things. Doctors will tell you about aluminum if you are epileptic or if you have a nerve system problem, to remove it and the use of it. Cans, foil, and cook ware. Stop cooking with just any oil. Use grape seed oil and olive oil.
   So, eat fresh, poultry and some beef, organic fruits and vegetables, free-range poultry and eggs, legumes, raw seeds and nuts, and wild-caught fish. 40% of what you eat should be raw. Eating a totally natural diet rich in foods that contain generous amounts of health-enhancing vitamins and minerals is one of the best ways to control your weight and enhance your health. How about engaging in fellowship. Slower intake promotes fullness and satisfying your hunger. Remember most things grown today are deficient in the vitamins and minerals you need, the ground is deficient in them. So take supplements ask a doctor or dietician, also ask God in what the report is by man to use. Commit all things to God. Eat as much raw or near raw foods as possible. Stay away from everything that is white and pork. Yeah I know I love bacon, ham, and baby back ribs… too. Yet remember what God said; Isa 66:16  The LORD will judge with fire, and he will judge all people with his sword. Many people will be struck dead by the LORD. 17  They that sanctify themselves, and purify themselves in the gardens behind one tree in the midst, eating swine's flesh, and the abomination, and the mouse, shall be consumed together, saith the LORD. 
   I also myself use supplements after asking God about them. Now you are not going to be able to have all these products. So get them as close to as possible.
You must take responsibility. Health is a gift from God. When you keep your body well you bless God back. Be responsible in your health challenges. Always get to the root of your health challenge, not the symptom. Don’t be a mess up, honor God and He will lift you up. Remember this 8 out of diseases are caused by diet and life style. Change this and you change your challenge..

Do not accept man’s report. Believe God’s report.
   Learn about Daniels fast. The commit to it and do it. Be persistent, diligent, and determined in the and with faith in and of God. Read the bible, pray and do this night and day. Don’t let it just be a part of your life, He must be your life, for without Him you have no breath for eternity. God is life, so if you want to heal, be God’s love and forgive and let go, the past does not equal a righteous tomorrow. Read the bible and reread. Read books that relates to the bible. Fill your very breath with God and eliminate the world and it’s food for your body and mind. 
   Now accept God’s report and your healing and 3 months or less you shall be healed.
   The concept of a Daniel fast comes from Daniel 1:8-14, “But Daniel resolved not to defile himself with the royal food and wine, and he asked the chief official for permission not to defile himself this way. Now God had caused the official to show favor and sympathy to Daniel, but the official told Daniel, "I am afraid of my lord the king, who has assigned your food and drink. Why should he see you looking worse than the other young men your age? The king would then have my head because of you." Daniel then said to the guard whom the chief official had appointed over Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael and Azariah, "Please test your servants for ten days: Give us nothing but vegetables to eat and water to drink. Then compare our appearance with that of the young men who eat the royal food, and treat your servants in accordance with what you see." So he agreed to this and tested them for ten days.”
   The background of the “Daniel fast” is that Daniel and his three friends had been “deported” to Babylon when Nebuchadnezzar and the Babylonians had conquered Judah (2 Kings 24:13-14). Daniel and his three friends were put into the Babylonian court servant “training program.” Part of the program was learning Babylonian customs, beliefs, laws, and practices. The eating habits of the Babylonians were not in complete agreement with the Mosaic law. As a result, Daniel asked if he and his three friends could be excused from eating the meat (which was likely sacrificed to Babylonian false gods and idols).

Control your weight
    If you are unhealthy or over weight or both, please understand and know what you are eating. Pick a target weight. Weigh yourself and own it, be accountable. Find a partner or group to work with you and pray together and hold each other accountable. Encourage one another. Learn what is healthy for you and not. Change your thinking and life style, change your perception and life style. Take note of what you eat and how it makes you feel. Study your eating habits and research and ask God what is good for you. 
1. Learn about False fat. Storing up toxins in fat is a way the body tries to safe guard itself. Then there is the swelling from food allergies, causes swelling of joints and bloating. Find out what are foods are poison to you. Do a toxin flush. Then eat right.
2. Work on reducing appetite, learn how to change your perception on appetite. Pray about it. Ask God. There are supplements. Look it up.
3. Set your metabolism. Do this by exercising first thing in the morning before you eat. Also sometime during the day exercise and get your heart rate up for thirty minutes. Do something… anything. Then increase it as the weeks go by.
   This is like anything else you have to pray about it and make a decision on your choices. Absolutely no donuts or cake, etc. No eating 3 hours before bedtime. Cut out unhealthy snacks. No alcohol except Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and BD. After target weight consume alcohol with responsible and accountability, pray ask God. Be fore you eat breakfast get your heart rate up for at least 30 minutes. This sets your metabolism rate to burn fat, instead of storing it.. 
   Work at eating what you need, not what you want all the time. Combine the two thoughts and choose your food according to health and taste. You will discover you can cook healthy and it will taste good too. That is if you find the recipes that please your palette. 
   I am introducing you to life changing information. You can learn to cook healthy and very tasty foods that you will enjoy. It just a matter of finding them and recipes. It is up to you to make a decision and change your habits and life style of eating. Eat to live, not live to eat. Kick you health up a notch… Bamm! 
   Understanding how your body works is revelation in how to maintain it. I think just about everybody has an idea on how to take care of the body. I say just as I hear them say about investing. Just do it. There is no right way or wrong way if you seek, find a professional, ask God, and you eventually decide and find what you are looking for, just do it, not giving up until you reach your goal. You can read about foods of the bible that can be a diet; there is a lot of books on the subject, or you can compile your own. Myself I have taken, all that, I have been taught over the years and combined it with the latest break through technology. The “living word” says pray about all things, all the time. So, ask God for His help in what ever your goal is.
   What does the bible say about what we are to do concerning our body and life. Genesis gives instruction to Adam and Eve on what to do in life and what to eat. Gen.1:29 It says for them to eat of herbs and fruit of the trees. This is vegetables, nuts and fruit. Also it has been pointed out to me that milk is processed water and grass processed by an animal. Gen.1:20 In biblical time they drank goats milk and ate a lot of goat and lamb offerings and quail offerings. 
    Do you want to maximize your health and be ideally the right weight, according to your physiology..? Your God given DNA ??? How many times have you been on a diet, only to gain back what you lost and more…? I decided to stop losing weight, because I kept finding it again. LOL. 
   Now, again I say, I am not a doctor and I do not prescribe you to do any of this. Also, I am not knocking the establishment of the medical fields or against doctors, there is a time and place for everything on earth. What I want to do is let you know this information and you decide in what to do, ask God about it. Here are three simple steps that I learned before I found out the exciting news that follows this. I say combine all the knowledge you take in, then finding what fits your needs in having a balanced health program working in your life. For sure there is nothing better than getting that heart rate up for at least 1 hr. a day.

Three simple steps; to be healthy and for your body to balance out to your proper weight. I would like for you to read “Eat right 4 your type” by Dr. D‘Adamo. I have bought several of these books. It seems every time I get one someone borrows it and does not return it or I give it to them.

STEP ONE: Read up on food allergies and how to eat right for your blood type. Find out what foods are poison to you and what are medicine or just food. Especially what food makes mucus in the intestine and sinuses. Rule of thumb if it is white don’t eat it.
   Flush false fat by banishing wheat. One of the most common food allergens and a major cause of false fat in many women is wheat. Wheat contains a protein called gluten, which is difficult to break down, absorb and assimilate... It is a false calorie that turns into simple sugar. Wheat can trigger fatigue, depression, bloating and intestinal gas. Bloating also comes from eating carbs with protein. A tip when eating this food, eat enzymes.
   The good news is it’s now easier than ever to steer clear of bloat-inducing wheat, Ezekiel bread is a good replacement.. Don’t eat after 8:00 P.M. or 3 hrs. before bedtime. Now eat what you need, not what you want so much. Eat smart and become healthy. Try chewing longer, even try putting down your fork between bites. I know it is really hard, just try it. Also wait 20 minutes before you get seconds. Sure when I do well, for awhile, I reward myself with something sinful to eat. LOL Dove chocolate is good.
   Think about this. You didn’t diet. You didn’t run a marathon or punish yourself with hours of boring exercise. You never went hungry. You simply eliminated one food that can trigger inflammation and pack on false fat. And with this easy step, you're well on your way to shedding those unwanted pounds. Next study body PH
You may need to steer clear of other common food allergens sometimes found to contribute to inflammation and “false fat.”  Wheat, Corn and peanuts are my culprits. I am a type “B”.

STEP TWO: Knock out your appetite. Most diets will tell you to avoid fats. Yet did you know that some essential fats help you feel full and can even reduce your appetite? It’s true. Fiber is also known for this. One of my favorite foods — flaxseed — packs a one-two punch providing both of these good things. It’s full of omega-3 fatty acids and an excellent source of fiber — I think of it as one of nature’s most perfect foods. Plus, the essential oils in flax may also help do wonders for your skin. In fact, I’m such a fan of flax that if I were stranded on an island, and had to choose one food to survive on, I’d choose flaxseed or oil hands down, well not forgetting dove chocolate once awhile…LOL. I just heard of a another appetite suppressant hoodia, I think that is how it is spelled. It comes from Africa.
   Let me explain the roles fat and fiber play in weight loss. Fat provides more calories than protein and carbohydrates, is used more slowly for energy, and helps to maintain satiety for longer periods of time. I recommend you consume adequate amounts of good fat (omega-3 and –6 essential fatty acids) while dieting, and studies confirm that a moderate fat diet (25%-35% of calories from fat) is effective in losing weight. In addition to their appetite-suppressing abilities, they may also help promote normal brain function, and may improve mood and emotional state, a big plus while losing weight. Some other supplements is niacin, or/and red rice yeast is good for help controlling triglycerides. 
   Fiber is an integral part of weight loss. It increases bulk and helps reduce appetite, producing feelings of satiety. By slowing the release of carbohydrates into the bloodstream, fiber also helps keep energy levels consistent and high. Now I am not talking about fiber supplements. They can get you in trouble. I had a friend that was supplementing fiber and was drinking about 30 ounces a day and then he wondered why he had no bowl movement. One day I showed him the bottom of his big gulp of fiber and it looked like glue hardening into a blob. I said wonder how that is setting in your intestine? He stopped taking it and ate right and soon he was back to normal. Eat fruits and veggies. Sufficient fiber helps support good colon function and helps to eliminate wastes that are released during weight loss. It also helps to bind and flush out excess fluids and estrogen, which I firmly believe contribute to fatty deposits in women.
  From fat and fiber, to flax and fullness, sometimes even the smallest things can lead to big changes in your health for better or worse.

STEP THREE: Shift into high gear. You’ve flushed out the false fats, now it’s time to rev up your metabolism, and start burning fat and calories more efficiently. Start your day with getting your heart rate up before eating. This can set your metabolism. Like I said earlier it helps you set burning fat instead of storing it. So exercise.

   You may be surprised to hear that along with its antioxidant properties, green tea can help you burn calories as well. Also to add to your daily intake is chlorophyll. You can be de Sousa is the brand I use, to at least one glass of water daily. Green tea contains special chemicals called catechins. These catechins may protect a brain chemical related to metabolism. The higher your levels of this brain chemical, the greater your metabolism and the faster you burn calories. 
   One cup of brewed green tea contains about 100 mg of catechins. To reap the full benefit of green tea, it is recommended, in consuming at least three eight-ounce cups daily (to provide roughly 240-320 mg of catechins). Be careful of toxicity, some people can have problems with Green tea. If you prefer not to drink the tea, either of these options provides the same level of protection: 1) 300-400 mg daily of green tea extract. Be sure the product is standardized to 80 percent catechins and at least 50 percent epigallocatechin (EGCG). This extract is not always caffeine-free; check the label. 2) 100 mg of green tea catechins, taken three times daily. This product is caffeine-free.
   Now for Chlorophyll, it is the green in the plant. It takes in energy from the sun. A very special process that takes place inside of the chloroplasts in plant cells is called photosynthesis (foto-SIN-thi-sis). Photo means "light" and synthesis means " putting things together." In photosynthesis, green plants actually make their own food. That is so cool to me! Imagine if we could make our own food. I wonder what we'd make? Personally, I would make Dove chocolate and bacon, unfortunately pork cannot tough these hips, I mean lips, LOL.. Plants seem to have the right idea since they make sugar. This amazing process is responsible for everything we eat. That's because animals eat plants, and we eat the animals and the plants. 
   In photosynthesis, the chlorophyll (KLOR-a-fil) takes in energy from sunlight. The energy comes in the form of a tiny bundle known as a photon. The photon hits a molecule of water inside the chlorophyll. The photon's energy splits the water molecule into hydrogen and oxygen. The hydrogen combines with carbon dioxide (which the plant has absorbed from the air) to make sugars or glucose. The oxygen is released back into the atmosphere to give us more air. Did you know that the largest suppliers of oxygen in the whole world are tiny plants known as photo plankton? They are found in the oceans and are really important to giving us the oxygen needed to keep life going on our planet. 
   Believe it or not, a plant uses only about one-sixth of the energy it gets from the sun to nourish itself. The rest of the energy is stored in the glucose until it is eaten by other animals or humans. What an amazing process! God or evolve ?
   Now for the news flash! I have just been introduced to cutting edge technology in biochemistry field. Doctors graduating from medical school don’t have this knowledge yet. When I heard this, I recognized it immediately as truth. I have studied over the years out of curiosity on how take care of my body through self experiments and confirming what I found out through the doctor and reading. I’m really juiced about this, it makes so much sense to me. This is cutting edge stuff. Hot off the presses as they say… I recommend you research this for yourself. Go online and go to the library. Here it is; a good idea is react slowly when wanting a snack, discern and choose healthy, drink water and then decide. Hot tip;  “Keep your mouth shut, when hungry“…LOL,  No read on just joking.
   Now back to reality, I think the doctors and scientist are so busy working on the symptoms of body problems that they fail to hit the mark. It has been proven that all cancers are shown that there is some kind of vitamin deficiency or high body acid present and can be cured by a supplement. Maybe they should question why is the body in a state of Alzheimer’s or leukemia, or diabetes??? Have you noticed the side effects of the drugs they are giving you for your so called cure. They range from drowsiness, to headache, to nausea, to hair loss, or even death… the FDA & AMA says that is OK? Yet, they are trying to stop us from using herbs, supplements. What is wrong with this picture? Oh I am to dumb to see what they are doing. The food and drug administration says it is OK for the deadliest herb to be sold to millions; it kills & has killed thousands… which is tobacco. I think I will stick to my herbs… LOL No not maryjane either that is worse than tobacco.
   You need to find information on free radicals and antioxidants. Study and learn this, for this is how you can understand what is going on in your body when you eat packaged food or processed food. Free radicals are the rust in your body, the antioxidant is the anti rust remover or prevention agent. 
   Not to worry I will get to the cutting edge just let me cover a few things first. I recommend that you consult a doctor first, that is open to new ideas and/or knows about this. I personally like Osteopaths M.D.’s myself. They have an open mind to preventative maintenance ideas; Also you need a good trainer or at least a partner for proper exercise. You cannot do it alone, God and a partner really helps; Plus learning a proper nutritional program with supplements for maximum health. Let me caution you this is important, when you take supplements and/or when detoxifying make sure you eliminate and hydrate. Keep your system moving to flush out the bad. Fiber supplement is only used when necessary. Eat fruit and natural laxative foods. Smooth move tea works great too if all else fails. When back to normal eat yogurt or sauerkraut to put good bacteria back into your system.
   Learn to eat right. There is a lot of good recipes for healthy eating. Check the references in the back of the book, eat right 4 your type. Whoever is cooking for you self or someone else. They have to educated to your needs and diet. Stop letting them feed you poison and foods that are killing you. Pasta and bread and pork are the worse. Make your daily diet healthy and then once in awhile after you have hit your desired weight and health, you can have something you should in moderation. Once in a while…
   Phil.4:5&6; Forbearance, with ferment, and moderation; meaning with mildness, yet get excited, stir it up, and whatever you decide, do it in moderation, even exercise. Adhere to what you decided, commit. 1Cor.13:7 Bearth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things. 12:20-27;. 
Know that stress can impede or even stop weight loss in overweight people Prov.11:1; A false balance is an abomination to the Lord; but a just weight is His delight.. It also promotes your body to make acidic conditions, an unbalanced PH. Prov.11:1; 20:23; When you get up in the morning before you eat, you need to stir up things. If there is a pond and it has no movement it gets stagnate and fungus grows, moss takes over. Your body, is mostly made of what? So, stir up your water, stir up blood, stir up your oxygen. Get that heart rate up, for this is what sets your metabolism for the day. Wonder why one person can eat what they want and you can’t ? It is metabolism; that set you apart. 
Instead of "blocking" absorption of cholesterol in the digestive tract as other cholesterol reducing agents did, lecithin enhanced the metabolism of cholesterol in the digestive system and aided in its transport through the circulatory system. The lecithin acted as an emulsifier and broke down the fats and cholesterol in the diet into tiny particles and held them in suspension, preventing them from sticking to blood platelets or arterial walls. It is when fats are not properly emulsified, that they become "sticky" and this is the major cause of blood clots, atherosclerosis, and coronary thrombosis. Interestingly enough, researchers have since demonstrated that atherosclerosis (blockage of the arteries) can be induced in the laboratory by either increasing the cholesterol introduced into the body or by decreasing lecithin intake.

Formula for life

   Laughter is the best medicine. One of my favorite verses is Luke 7:34 (Phillips), “The Son of Man came enjoying life.” He did not let the devil steal His joy. He rebuked satan. Humor really is the spice of life. Laugh and those around you will laugh with you and not at you. Never accept man’s report, listen for God’s. He who takes short cut, does not see or smells the rose. By tasting the wine is how the wine master knows it’s time… Stop and talk to God and with one another, stop and listen to the cool of the evening, hear your Spirit speak to you. For He is the well of life.
   Alright now with a laugh and wisdom let us take all this information at hand and use it. At the same time let me give you hope, in a formula. We humans love a formulas which you will find below. Stop looking for a short cut or running from your giant. Jesus is with you, if He is for you who can be against you? Live by the Spirit  Gal. 5:16 So I say, live by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the sinful nature.

    Improper digestion hinders your health. A key to a healthy intestine is getting the right nutrients in the blood stream and keeping out the bad elements and bad bacteria.
H. High Fiber flax seed, Oat bran cereal, Fiber is the indigestible food. It works to help keep your intestine clean.
O. *Omega 3 oil in fish: one of a group of beneficial fats found in oily fish, seeds, and whole grains. Nuts should not be roasted or toasted. It changes the oil’s beneficial molecular structure. Include grape seed *oil and avocados.
P. Probiotics is good bacteria for proper digestion and a boosting your immune system. It is found in yogurt (source of acidophilus) and sauerkraut. The good bacteria is essential for intestinal transfer of nutrients to the blood stream and finalization of digestion. Improper digestion promotes inflammation through out the body. It also makes the body have high acid, PH off, which promotes virus and bacterial infections.  
E. Enzymes digestive enzymes help digest our food. Also there is CO enzyme 10 that helps the cardio vascular system. 
*Understand oils, research them. The best cooking oil with very little taste, is grape seed oil. It is the highest in antioxidants and has a high flash point. It eat cholesterol. Olive oil is good for salads and such, not for cooking.
* Think of Omega 3 as WD-40 for the your body. It loosens the rust and lubricates. 

Here is my cocktail for health, a gift  from me to you. Drink before breakfast. I have had many confirmations of this combination of juice and supplements. The juice is 100% juice no additives or sweeteners. Now understand this is not a meal replacement. It is used with you regular healthy diet and exercise. Yes I said that bad word exercise.
3 ounces of grape juice
3 ounces of cranberry juice
3 ounces of pomegranate juice.
1 tblspn of lemon or lime juice
1 tblspn of flax seed oil & grape seed oil.
1 tblspn of flax seeds
3 tblspns of powdered lecithin 7 almonds optional. Use blender to make your smoothie.
   To adjust sweetness; adjust the grape juice amount and/or lemon juice. Shake and drink. If you like, blend with some ice cubes. Mix and freeze the 3 juices in a ice cube tray. 

   This is a cocktail of life, to jump start your system in the morning. Now go out face the world with confidence. If you like add a tblspn of chlorophyll, energy from the sun. This year I am 63 years old and my last check up and blood test said my PSA is 1.2 and my PH right on, my triglycerides and cholesterol good. I have gone from a 44” stomach to 41 and 3/4”, shooting for 38”.  I am finally working at what God has giving me for this article…LOL

Tip: Keep good oral hygiene plaque in the mouth. Because diseased gums or bad teeth promote free radicals which gums up the works so to speak and hardens arterial walls. Ingredients 
1/2 cup passion fruit juice no sugar added
1/2 cup peeled, cored and cubed pineapple 
honey to taste 
1/2 cup ice 
Cooking Instructions 
1. Place the juice, fruit and honey in a blender. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds. Add the ice and blend until smooth. 
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup nonfat milk 
1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt 
1/2 frozen banana, peeled and chopped 
2 tablespoons powdered protein supplement and / or lecithin
1 1/2 tablespoons flax seed 
1 teaspoon honey & 1 tlbspn pomegranate oil
1/2 cup frozen strawberries or any fruit you like that would go with banana
DIRECTIONS
In a blender, blend the milk, yogurt, banana, protein supplement, flax seed, honey, and strawberries until smooth.

Spiritual Awakening
   
Transformation from Living in the Past and Future
   Why is it we get so preoccupied by past events, past hurts, un-forgive nesses. By this we are prevented from living in the now. For many of us who are not Christians and some who are Christian, the past is a living, painful reality that determines the actions and emotions of their day. They seem to spend a lot of time, bound to a memory. This is a minute in which you deny the now. Friends we must release the past to allow the now to rush in. The deliverance God graces you. This is covered in forgiveness and in Hebrews.
    The habitual physical tension created by one’s living in the past makes us more vulnerable to stress, disease, and emotional conflict. Tension in the body promotes the destructive release of stress hormones and the resulting physiological chaos that accelerates acid into our system, which promotes aging and weakens the immune system. Free radicals form. Over a period of time, physical and emotional turmoil can lead to chronic illness. It knocks our body PH all out of whack, we become over acid. In contrast, harnessing the power of now, forgiveness helps to balance mind, body and spirit, creating a wholeness and holiness more conducive to better health. 
    Living for the now promotes the future and cuts us off from the past hurts. In my view "People look to the future for the promise of fulfillment, and there is continuous striving toward that fulfillment." If you give it to God and strive to please Him He will give you what you want and need. Mt. 6:33;  Jn. 10:10. That compulsive world reactions toward  the perspective is illusionary and often proves frustrating. It is never fulfilling. Only God can give peace and fulfillment.
Living in the Present
    By living in the now, the repented and forgiven state of mind, we release physical and emotional tension. As that happens, awareness and focus shift to embrace the truth within, you can grab a hold of what is on the inside. It while works it way to the outside. We cannot achieve ever lasting transformation, we learn to recognize what is false, by our personal relationship with Jesus Christ and our Holy Spirit. 
    By living in the present, we open ourselves up to God and His power. Though not a new message, this reemergence of a basic, spiritual truth harkens back to the basic tenets of Christianity, Judaism, for me in my Native American beliefs.  Religion falls short. Buddhism and Islam, what ever the religion is, it fails us, there is only one way to heaven and fulfillment and that is through Jesus Christ. The truth is, everyone hears and knows the truth when spoken. Some of us try to deny it, yet we know it is truth. Living in the now opens a pathway to happiness and fulfillment, letting go of the past. It allows us to leave behind problems and suffering. When we release past suffering and stop worrying about the future, we allow ourselves to turn from pain to joy. Life is choices, what we choose is our today and how it is going. It is all about the journey, the trail ride, not your destination or goal. Commit your thoughts and intentions to God. Wait for Him and walk the best you can in His word, working for the promises. No woman or man is perfect and never will be. That is what we strive for the best we can, I promise God will reward you for it according to your measure.
Ways to Change
   To find out if we are living in the moment, we must ask ourselves "Is there joy, ease, and a peace in what I am doing?" If the answer is yes, we are living in the moment and the power of God. Otherwise, we need to ask, "How can I change my approach to life?" 
    To access the power of God now, we have to move deeply within ourselves and drop the mental images of our body. Think of what you want to be. We must erase the old self image between the inner body and the outer body. With oneness comes surrender, and with surrender comes peace. Do this for a few minutes each day we should direct our attention to pray and give it to God. Don’t think about what we think our bodies are now. Instead, let me encourage you to feel the aliveness of your new self image and body. 
     "Most illnesses creep in when you are not living in present in the mind and  body. If Jesus is not present in the house, all kinds of shady characters will take up residence there. When you inhabit your body, it will be hard for unwanted guests to enter".
Just Breathe
    Living in the present and maintaining that sense of inner self isn't always easy when navigating life's daily pressures. How can we stay in the circumstance when the kids are late for school, the boss is angry or we just had a fender bender? 
    Experts suggest focusing on our breathing to endure a crisis. Haven’t you heard the expression, take a deep breath. Conscious breathing brings us back in touch with our bodies and releases tension. Oxygen revives us. I can remember when I was a young man I worked a hospital, after a night on the town, hung over from to much party. (Sowing wild oats). I would breath pure oxygen and I was lifted up and good to go. We should train ourselves to continue in a conscious breathing mode, until the worry and anxiety pass and we are once again in touch with our inner selves. Pray for the joy to be in your day. Breathe in the good and exhale the bad. Inhale oxygen and exhale carbon dioxide. Take in Jesus and spew out the devil. 
    Back to cleansing diet, because meat products lack fiber and are often difficult to digest, they are eliminated from almost all cleansing diets, replaced instead with high-fiber vegetables or juice diets that include supplemental fiber.
Yet, despite the fact that meatless diets have been found to improve various disorders such as arthritis, kidney disease, skin disorders and gout, they may not always be ideal in the long run. Indeed, studies show that some vegetarians experienced a decline in health after a prolonged meatless diet, which did not improve until they resumed eating meat.

Blood type
   Like I have said before, people with different blood types have different food tolerances. For example, those with type A blood have inherently low levels of hydrochloric acid (HCl), a digestive acid produced in the stomach, and therefore do well on a vegetarian diet. As such, they are able to subsist more comfortably and for longer periods of time on a vegetarian or vegan diet. ”O” on the other hand has plenty of acid they can eat meat. Type “B” is an in-between-er LOL
Country of Origin
   Studies have shown that people who adhere to the diet of their ancestors tend to maintain better overall health. For example, those whose ancestors lived in tropical climates and consumed mainly fruits, light meats and vegetables grown above ground should eat a similar diet, while those with roots in colder countries whose ancestors thrived on heavier meats, stews and root vegetables would do well to follow suit. 
Metabolic Rate
   A key factor in determining the best diet for an individual is metabolic rate, or the rate at which food is converted to energy. People who metabolize quickly do well with foods that take longer to digest, while the opposite is true for those who metabolize slowly.
   Regardless of individual biochemical differences, however, it is accurate to say that most people benefit from including some animal protein in their diet periodically. 
   "It is well known that animal products are the only source of complete protein, meaning that they contain all of the essential amino acids (those not made in the body, which must be supplied through diet). All plant foods are low in three amino acids: tryptophan, cystine and threonine. Legumes and whole grains are the richest sources of non-animal protein and, when consumed together, provide a complete protein profile (since legumes are high in lysine but low in methionine, and grains are just the reverse: high in methionine and low in lysine)."
"Many vegetarians eat beans as a primary protein source. While beans are composed of both proteins and carbohydrates, the determining factor as to which of these macronutrients will predominate is the manner in which the beans are cooked. Most cooking methods result in carbohydrate dominance. To obtain the full protein value of beans, they must first be soaked and sprouted, then cooked slowly at less than 200 degrees. A slow cooker or crock pot works well for this purpose". Animal fats are an essential source of vitamins A, D, B6 and B12. 
Let me explain that children, require these fat-soluble vitamins for growth and development, which could be adversely affected by a vegan or a vegetarian diet. To clarify, a vegan diet is a totally vegetarian diet devoid of all animal products, while a vegetarian diet may include eggs (ovo-vegetarian), milk (lacto-vegetarian) or both (ovo/lacto-vegetarian).

   Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) is a naturally occurring fat that is found in abundance in hoofed animals that eat green grass, but it is greatly diminished in grain-fed animals. Grass-fed animals have three to four times more CLA than their grain-fed counterparts. This is extremely significant, because studies in animals have shown that CLA can help protect against cancer. Human studies have also shown that CLA helps people to lose body fat while retaining muscle mass.
    Unlike grain-fed animals, the grass grazers have an abundance of fat-soluble vitamins (A and D) in their fat. According to Dr. Weston Price, butterfat from grass-fed cows has a fat-soluble factor that he referred to as "activator X." He found this as yet unidentified factor, which is absent in the fat of grain-fed cattle, to be a "powerful catalyst to mineral absorption." The fat-soluble elements prevalent in the butterfat of grass-fed ruminant animals also "support endocrine function, allowing optimum physical development and lifelong good health."
Because grass-fed animals live longer, healthier lives than their grain-fed counterparts, it stands to reason that humans eating products from these healthier animals can also enjoy greater health. 
   Bottom line here to me is grass has chlorophyll which is energy from the sun, grains are dried up, no energy from the sun. Great for fattening the cow. Hmmm I wonder what that does to us? Now let us hit on digestion.
Digestion

H. Daily dosage 35 grams. High Fiber is the food the does not digest. It keeps the high blood sugar at bay.  Flax seed is a good one. Silieum has been known to cause gas or bloating. 
O. 2 grams daily dosage.  Omega 3 Wild Salmon is best source. Other wise take supplements. Another good oil is grape seed oil, it is a high antioxidant source. It also eats cholesterol. Another good fat is avocados. 
P. probiotics supplements with good delivery system that does not digest in stomach is a must. Yogurt is another good source and dairy products with no sugar or corn syrup. Another good source of good bacteria is sauerkraut. 
E.  enzymes are produce naturally in your body. Yet our bad diet can over whelm or wear your system down. It is good to use a digestive enzyme like pineapple or papaya. It is also good to have Q10 enzymes. For the 45 plus group. 

    White food and sugar are poison to the body. I do still eat some poison once in awhile. Eat right everyday the best you can. Then when visiting or once in a while when dinning out have your favorite sweet. If you are in a cleanse and flush be strict in your diet and determined. The big problem with our digestive track today is we eat to much of the wrong foods and they flush out the good flora and fauna in the intestine. The good stuff in the intestine is a filter keeps out the bad elements and lets the proper nutrients into the blood stream.    Cutting edge info. Stress and eating wrong is the source of an unbalanced PH. You, wouldn’t put contaminated gasoline in your car, it would foul it up and it would not run right. So, why do you put to much sugar and caffeine in your tank and foul up what God made. Put the right kind of fuel in your body. Learn what is best for you. Don’t mix carbs with protein. You know meat and potatoes. Skip the pasta, it is white. The way most of us have been brought up Carbs and protein should be eaten 30 min. apart if you insist on eating them at the same meal. Yeah it would be hard, eat slow and talk a lot between. LOL Control stress, elimination and hydration are very important in keeping the body in balance and harmony. Rebuke satan and cast your cares to God and be in harmony with the greater good. Here are 7 things that you can set up in your life to follow; Spend time with God, get right with Him, and relieve your stresses and leave your problems with Him. Cast your cares. I do what I call “My Hour of Power”. Resolve stress and get plenty of sleep. Start your day with some sort of exercise. Stir up and set your metabolism rate; E Example: 7 min. of warm up; 7 min. of high impact or anything that will vigorously raise your heart rate; The latest report are stress stops weight loss and to much exercise does not do any more than moderate exercise in overweight people. Then 9min. of moderate and steady exercise; Lastly; 7 min. of cool down, steadily slowing down. Be sure to keep hydrated before, during and after exercise or eliminating. Eat right, a good breakfast; eat like a king. Lunch eat like a prince, and supper eat like a popper. Never eat 3 hours before bedtime. Eat 75% alkaline foods and 25% acid foods; Three portions of veggies and fruit to your meat. Also it is good to eat enzymes before and after meals; Supplement or fresh pineapple or papaya. Be sure to eliminate regularly. Everyone is different. Yet, it common to eliminate three or four times a day. Most of us usually do it once, sometimes twice. That is not good. When we get to much glucose in the body it ferments when our body PH is acid, which becomes food for cells that mutate and breeds cancer and other diseases. Sugar contributes to breaking down your immune system. No wonder we get sick and have diseases like diabetes and lupus and so many others. Do you realize that in 1902 there was no type two diabetes, back then the average consumption of sugar was 2 to 5 pounds per year. Today the average person consumes around 300 to 500 pounds a year. Sugar turns to acid in our body. Dah, we wonder why we are fat and sick. MSG makes us crave food and the food taste better. 
   Sodas not only are they full of sugar (also corn syrup), they have an acid in them that depletes our calcium. What it boils down to is when your body has to much acid, it ferments the sugar into acid and a food that feeds disease and something to do with cells. I do not have the lingo to explain it. In addition, your body has so much acid that it starts dissolving tissue. You need to research for yourself. Also diet drinks have sweeteners that are worse for than sugar that cause all kinds of problems like lesions on the brain and kidney .
   So, reduce acid and sugar and you eliminate most of your body problems, and cleanse your system from all the toxins and pollution you have put in it. Keep the acid PH right, exercise, and you will have a healthy cardio vascular system and healthy bones. Your diet should be 75% alkaline foods. At the end of this chapter is a graph of acid and alkaline foods. This is the news, be aware of your body PH.
   The reason the main stream food and health companies do not go along with this is because it is cutting edge and all the public is not educated to what the acid is doing, let alone losing millions in sales loss. Yes, you and the rest of our societies on planet earth grumble about this. Take action and educate your children and eventually the companies will have to change to our way of thinking.
    Can you imagine what would happen if there were no need for drugs or doctors. What would that do for the economy? Well my theory is if we educate a little at a time. Then start weaning the companies so they can start finding other ways to make money. Then like I said we wean our children at the same time off sugar and educate them on how to keep their bodies in healthy. By the PH level we can resolve most disease, if not all of them. Therefore, I am giving you two ingredients for healthy mind, body and soul; which are the “bible and knowledge” along with setting your metabolism and getting your heart rate up for 30 minutes to an hour a day. What I call the My Hour of Power. God gave you a brain to use. Knowledge is power. Using it right is wisdom. 
    I think you can keep your temple in top operational state. By eating right and watching your calorie intake, and exercise. Lean mean loving praying machine. Hmmm maybe, that should be worded differently. Lean and right with “light” machine… maybe you can come up with a new saying. 
   I am not telling everyone to change their diet by completely deleting sugar and limiting the acid foods in their diet. My only problem is I cannot imagine a world without chocolate. The bible says drink & eat in moderation. Moderation, that’s the ticket. It also so says to drink a little wine for the stomach. What I am saying now that you know the problem, start thinking and at least counter act the things you are putting in it and cut back on some of the poison. In addition, some things like MSG and hydrogenated foods should be eliminated. Be careful and limit oil. I find that grape seed oil is the best to use, it says it eats bad cholesterol. Also I question nitrates… Olive oil is second best. From there it goes down hill. 
    If doctors take epilepsy patients off nitrates and aluminum what does that tell you. You will have to determine what to eat and not eat, pray and find out what is right for you. I also eat right for my blood type. Also as I said before, I do not eat protein with carbs when possible, at least I work on it most of the time. All I know when I found about this I went out and bought me some PH strips from the pharmacy. I check my acid and work at keeping it in the right range 7.36 
   Your body is not yours you are in stewardship of it, and it is your responsibility to take care of the temple. It’s a Godly thing to do in taking care of it. You can learn this in the bible. The only thing in life that you really own is choosing… it is called free will. So you can choose life or eat yourself to death… Please understand this is a lot to grasp, reread this over and over until you understand it and research this information. Find the truth that works for you, it may a combination or all of this. Just know there is only one truth and that is the gospel of Jesus Christ. 

Body Health & How to maximize it. 
   OK here is the cutting edge I have talked about, PH and acid. For years now doctors and scientist have been telling us we get sick because of germs or viruses. I am here to tell you different. Research this for yourself. There are references in the back of this book. Guess what, they have found out how your blood really works. The cardio vascular system is our body’s river of life. When it works as designed we are in the peak of health. You must create your body acidity and alkaline to proper PH. Acid is the culprit to most body disease and malfunction. They are really not sure what viruses are now. They may, just be a mutated cell, from being exposed to acid from our bodies being toxic. A doctor scientist witnessed a blood cell that was exposed to high level of acidity it mutated it’s shape from round plump to points just like a virus… High acid lets and lets the bad bacteria multiply, your system promotes cancers and deteriorates your organs.
   Body acid is our enemy. It comes from two sources. What we eat and the other problem is our emotions. To much caffeine or cigarettes, alcohol, way to much sugar, processed foods, even the pollution in the air and stress. We will cover more later on what to eat. Also our relationships, finances, our job, or someone offending you and you get angry, stressed out. All this can get your juices flowing,,, acid! This is a no, no. So, get right with God. Learn how to use His living word to resolve conflict and adversity. This is partially covered in step 5 in Secret 2 the Promises. By controlling emotions and food intake, you can manage your acid level. 
   Because the acid level is what disrupts the balance, causing blood cells to stick to one another. They weaken and even die. Slowing up getting oxygen and nutrients to where they are needed. The vicious cycle of pollution from acid is what causes this deadly problem. The body tries to compensate by calling the body reserves of alkaline to neutralize the acid. That’s when the body runs out the mucus then acid starts to burn through your lining of the vessels and yes the stomach. The tissues through out the body. Then the body compensates by lining them with fatty substances like cholesterol… another deadly solution. It clogs them. The body will make fat and surround the acid and store it, hmmmmm fat storage and over weight??? Hmmmmm. I think my light just came on. LOL So, get out there and educate the ones you love. Maybe we can save our friends and loved one’s from chemo. 
   The cure the doctor’s use is sometimes worse than the disease. Before we consumed way to much sugar in the old days and acid foods, most of the modern day diseases did not exist. Before doctors, there was a lot of healing practiced through natural herbs and diet. The Native American where masters at this. How about putting modern technology together with the past..? 
   The ideal point of acidity and alkalinity is 7.36 on a scale from 0 to 14. The 0 end being the acid end and the 14 being the alkalinity end. Here is the scale, “acid” 0_____7.36___14 “alkalinity”. There is a way to test this through a blood test, which is the best way. So, whenever you have a test for cholesterol and triglycerides, ask for the acid level too. PH strip method is readily accessible at the pharmacy. All you have to do is buy some PH strips then you can either put your saliva on them or your urine and it tells you your PH. I will explain a little later in how to cleanse and how to maintain this level through eating and drinking the right things. First let us get educated … The best alkaline is alive green foods. I know veggies! Oh well there is one consolation I like some salads. The best protein snack is raw almonds. 
   I have said for years that your body runs on electrical current. Now they are confirming it. Your nerves shoot out impulses through them to make your muscles work. Now they are saying this very thing is what keeps your body running right. Electrical current… Your blood cells are charged negative on the outside and positive on the inside. That is why I have always said stay away from electric blankets it messes up your electromagnetic field by a more powerful field caused by the blanket. Also there are other things that do the same thing. 
   The other thing that bout acid it messes the blood cell, it eats away at it & that destroys negative charge. Then the cells are slowed up and bump into each other and even clog up your arteries. They can’t get the oxygen and nutrients to where they are suppose to be. Acid caused from sugar and protein foods. Also stress, pollution, tobacco, alcohol, and drugs… The body creates a glue, a fatty substance & stores it, to protect the tissue from to much acid. This not only clogs your system, it makes you gain weight. So if energy comes from the blood cells, and acid is eating away at them, how can your system work right? You have to healthy PH level for your body and blood in order for your system to operate right. Our biggest problem is your body has to much acid and not enough alkalinity. With our toxicity levels that are to high and the acid from the wrong foods that we eat. This is what gets us all out of whack and we get the flu, we come down with a disease, sometimes it comes in our blood, or in our bones. You men out there the acid attacks, your weakest point, that could be your prostate gland. And you women acid attacks your weakest point which could be your breast or your uterus… this is how cancer and mutated cells start happening that makes some kind of disease. Now there is a way to explain this in medical terms, yet I am not interested in that. You can study this and find out all about it if you wish. Personally, I just want you to know how it works so we can maintain it properly and that is the acid in our body, the PH. 
   This is my truth, it is what works for me. It is what I have learned over the years is, not to mix proteins with carbs when you eat. I work at eating them at least 25 mins apart. They say 30 minutes or longer. I eat according to my blood type. There are books about this. Look in the reference of this book. You can get rid of a lot of allergies by eating this way. Years ago I found out I was allergic to hops, I quit drinking beer and my sinusitis went a way. The doctor wanted to stick needles in my sinuses, yeow wee… I don’t think so. I eliminated beer because I found I was allergic to hops. No more hops, no more snot.
   Also I have learned what is poison for my type and what is like medicine for me. Also learn to feed your body with the proper nutrients and minerals. I put chlorophyll in my drinking water at least two times day. Please take note, not all supplements and vitamins dissolve right in your system. 
  The biggest problem about most foods they are processed and all the life in them are missing or dead let alone being acid to your body. There are products which I use, check the references. Now we need to cleanse our bodies to get our PH right, when we have to much acid. 
   OK this is what we want to do. Here are some factor that is involved in your body health and maintenance. Study and use this strategy. You find the basics in this article. Research the rest. 
The amount of stress or emotions in your life. 
Your genetic tendencies, family hand me downs from grandma or papa or parents. 
The thing you have to do is keep your body in balance. 
The pollution level of your environment (body). 
Your philosophies about health. 

1. We need to keep tabs on our PH, by blood test and/or PH test strips. 
2. When we have to much acid we need to flush out the system and replenish the alkalinity in our body. 
3. Learn to eat right. Eat the things that replenish the alkalinity and eat right according to your blood type. Eat what you need, not what you want.
4. Learn what to do to supply your body with the proper nutrients and minerals. 
5. Learn how to choose the right things to keep you happy and resolve conflict in your life. Get right with God and your soul. Resolve stress. Learn how to use a personal relationship with God and the living word. Making a life style change and perceptions of how what you put in your body and mind. 
Alkalize and Energize 
Alkalizing breaks the cycle of excess acid. It is the difference between life and death, between losing weight or keeping it off. Energizing your body operates on subtle electro=magnetic current. Your brain, your heart, and all your organs emit fields of electrical impulses. Foods are what provide the value only when they convert into the elements for this chemistry to work.     The first thing I would like to tell you is take care of your heart in eating right and with God you will proper in health. If you suffer from a chest pain please take an aspirin and call 911... It may save your life or tell someone to call for you.

   Learn and understand what free radicals are and anti oxidants are and what foods have them. Learn all you can about; What promotes free radicals? Where do antioxidants come from? Warning if your doctor has you satin drugs please know they need to be counter acted with co enzymes Co Q10. Because they draw nutrients for the muscles and other functions. I don’t know the medical terminology. Get off them as soon as you can by doing the things mentioned in this article. Now please understand if your body does not respond to lowering LDL and fighting free radicals, please listen to your doctor in what ever he or she recommends. 
Second Caution: Understand that hypoglycemic condition promotes free radical production, the rust in your veins. This is from high blood sugar conditions, cause by to much refined sugar, man made sugary products, and/or to much alcohol. Eat 3 times a day, cut calories, cut carbs (sugar and pasta) manufactured foods. Eat food with omega 3 fats. I always say if it is white don’t eat it, sugar, bread, potatoes, you get the idea. Exercise, I know you hear that all the time. Well maybe it is the answer. Start doing it. Do something to improve your health. You have to change your mind and start living a new way of living. Make the right choices.
    Women symptoms of heart attack can warn them more than a month ahead of the heart attack. The most common symptoms are fatigue was reported by 71%, Sleep problems 48%. Shortness of breath 42%. Indigestion 39%. Anxiety 35%. Chest discomfort 30%. If this is you, contact your doctor right away.
Predict heart disease by simple blood test. WBC count for men or women.
    I have found research says there is a gland that cover the stomach which is a layer of fat. Once it grows over an inch thick, it contributes to free radicals and fat in your cardiovascular system. Women should have a maximum of 35 inch measurement around the middle at the navel. Men should measure no more than 40 inches. Acid, diabetes, and some diseases cause inflammation in your cardiovascular system. Kind of like pimples inside your veins. When they burst they cause heart attacks. I may not have said this in medicals terms, I think you get the picture.
   Research suggests a number of risk factors that are considered an extraordinary breakthrough in our scientific knowledge about the pathology of cardiovascular degeneration. They include; nitrate, hydrogenised foods, high sugar levels which increase insulin, low antioxidant status, low levels of essential fatty acids, magnesium, potassium, and elevated levels of homocysteine. The Truth About Cholesterol and Its Affect on Your Health
Cholesterol is a waxy, oily steroid compound which has received a lot of bad press in recent years – especially when it comes to cardiovascular degeneration. The truth states cholesterol is vital to the body's health and functioning.

Cholesterol is an essential component in cell membranes. It helps us to absorb fat-soluble vitamins (A,D,E, & K) and essential fatty acids. It is also involved in manufacturing key male and female sex hormones and steroidal hormones. These are crucial for a healthy immune system and a smooth running hormonal system.

1) Antioxidant nutrients that prevent cell oxidation of the LDL (bad) cholesterol. Cholesterol only becomes your enemy when the LDL faction is hit by a free radical and becomes oxidized. Anti Oxidant and Free Radicals 
   The antioxidants are intimately involved in the prevention of cellular damage -- the common pathway for cardiovascular problems, cancer, aging, and a variety of diseases. The scientific community has begun to unveil some of the mysteries surrounding this topic, and the media has begun whetting our thirst for knowledge. Athletes have a keen interest because of health concerns and the prospect of enhanced performance and/or recovery from exercise. The purpose of what I write here is to, serve as a beginners guide to what antioxidants are and to briefly review their role in exercise and general health. What follows is only the tip of the iceberg in this dynamic and interesting subject. 
   Free radicals are atoms or groups of atoms with an odd (unpaired) number of electrons and can be formed when oxygen interacts with certain molecules. Once formed these highly reactive radicals can start a chain reaction, like dominoes. Their chief danger comes from the damage they can do when they react with important cellular components such as DNA, or the cell membrane. Cells may function poorly or die if this occurs. To prevent free radical damage the body has a defense system of antioxidants.
    Antioxidants are molecules which can safely interact with free radicals and terminate the chain reaction before vital molecules are damaged. Although there are several enzyme systems within the body that scavenge free radicals, the principle micronutrient (vitamin) antioxidants are vitamin E, beta-carotene, and vitamin C. Additionally, selenium, a trace metal that is required for proper function of one of the body's antioxidant enzyme systems, is sometimes included in this category. The body cannot manufacture these micronutrients so they must be supplied in the diet.
Antioxidants:   Here are a few tips on antioxidants. I have found that grapes and grape seed oil, wine, green tea, patenting, pantothinic acid are a high source of antioxidant. Vitamin E : d-alpha tocopherol. A fat soluble vitamin present in nuts, seeds, vegetable and fish oils, whole grains (esp. wheat germ), fortified cereals, and apricots. Current recommended daily allowance (RDA) is 15 IU per day for men and 12 IU per day for women. Vitamin C : Ascorbic acid is a water soluble vitamin present in citrus fruits and juices, green peppers, cabbage, spinach, broccoli, kale, cantaloupe, kiwi, and strawberries. The RDA is 60 mg per day. Intake above 2000 mg may be associated with adverse side effects in some individuals. Beta-carotene is a precursor to vitamin A (retinol) and is present in liver, egg yolk, milk, butter, spinach, carrots, squash, broccoli, yams, tomato, cantaloupe, peaches, and grains. Because beta-carotene is converted to vitamin A by the body there is no set requirement. Instead the RDA is expressed as retinol equivalents (RE), to clarify the relationship. (NOTE: Vitamin A has no antioxidant properties and can be quite toxic when taken in excess.)
Cancer: Cancer has been found that it not only caused by stress and anger and/or un-forgiveness, held in resentment. Also by unhealthy habits and toxins. It is also caused by diseases, viruses, bacteria, parasites. Parasites fetal  secretions cause a toxicity level high in acid and knock you PH off balance. No matter what you do in working at your PH it cannot be reduced until parasites are eradicated. Lung cancer is obvious cause, smoking or being around someone who smokes. Over 150 K Americans die every year from this cancer. To me there is a no brainer to this. Stop. Now addiction is tough. So you need intervention and help in quitting. Ask for the Lord to deliver you and bring people and help in quitting. 
Pancreatic cancer has a higher risk if you eat processed meat like hot dogs, bologna, treated bacon, etc.  Also diabetes, obesity, smoking, and family history are factors. High blood sugar levels have higher cancer risk for cancer. Higher blood sugar cause higher insulin. This seems to help feed cancer cells. So reduce blood sugar by diet, exercise, medication if necessary. Bottom line eat right and bring your rate up and sweat a little for at least an hour a week. Recommend 3 times a week of 30 minutes. Eliminate MSG, nitrate, hydrogenated foods, and sugar.
Asthma: Wild Cherry tree bark, drink as a tea. 
Arthritis: I use CMO soft gels and glucosamine with MSN. CMO is Cetyl Myrist-oleate.  I also take Centrum Silver multivitamin. 
You can try: Soaking raisins in gin over night and eat a handful daily. Eat banana and almonds in your oatmeal sweetened with Honey.
Beauty treatment: Mix chocolate and champagne and apply to face, let dry wash off with water in 30 minutes.
Brown spots: Treat with nutmeg and honey mixture.
Cookies: Make with Pamela’s Pantry flour, oats, & flax seed. Raisins, craisins, & walnuts.
Cellulite: What is cellulite? Cellulite is a normal human variation that is viewed by a segment of the public as some sort of a disease. The term "cellulite" was coined in 1973 to refer to the dimpled appearance of the skin that some people have on their hips, thighs, and buttocks. This appearance is much more common in women than in men because of differences in the way fat, muscle, and connective tissue are distributed in men and women's skin. Although female hormones may play a role in contributing to this fat distribution, cellulite is not treatable by hormone therapy. 
Cure: God giving you a new body and/or see a doctor and/or proper diet, drink lot’s of water, exercise and sleep nude. Sleeping with nothing on the body that constricts muscle and skin. Cause; is wrong diet and circulation along with restricting. Nothing should hamper blood circulation. Greatest cause is granny panties, the elastic around legs cuts off proper circulation. Ware panties with no elastic around legs. . Massage area with a favorite skin conditioner or lotion. Preferably by your mate after a good tub soak. LOL
Dip: Avocado dip is actually healthy it has the good fat you need. Use Terra chips and veggies to dip it. No chips with MSG or Hydrogenated oil.
Flu: I like to use Emregen-C it is a fizzy drink for colds and flu. Yet Guggle and zinc is helpful too. Bananas or seven up helps soothes upset stomachs. Blue berries are high in natural aspirin, they curb diarrhea also rice helps. Chili peppers can open sinuses. Mustard - horseradish breaks up mucus. Raw onions help clear up bronchitis. Cranberries help to keep bacteria sticking to cells in urinary track. Black and green tea sweetened with honey has a natural antibiotic effect and curbs the runs.
Hay fever: Chew Honey comb that comes from alfalfa. Sometimes clover honey comb will work.
Head ache: Peel a lemon in one piece, flatten out and put on your forehead, wrap a bandana or something around it to keep it in place. Remove when headache disappears.
High Blood pressure: Prevention. Diet and exercise and getting right with God. Ideal weight is worth a pound of prescriptions. Relieving stress is a big factor and not carrying around guilt, and un-forgiveness elevates stress. 
   There are blood pressure meds. Their effectiveness varies from person to person. A combination of drugs is better. Find out what supplement can be taken with your meds.
   It is also found that over the counter pain killers such as acetaminophen Tylenol and the like does not let the blood vessels relax, causing higher blood pressure. Aspirin does not react in this manner.
It has been tested and handed down to generation after generation in the south Pacific that coconut oil lowers blood pressure, not on a regular basis, only by a tablespoon full when you have the problem. Eat right and practice the hope formula for long lasting effects.
Fibromyalgia is considered to be a syndrome-a set of symptoms that occur together yet the cause is still up in the air. There are theories as to what may cause it, yet they say there is not enough evidence to support any single theory. People-especially women-who have a family member with fibromyalgia are more likely to develop it themselves. It has been recognized as a medical disorder only since the 1980s.
   One of the leading theories is that low levels of a chemical called serotonin may lead to the illness. Serotonin is found throughout the body and plays an important role in controlling pain and regulating sleep. Blood tests have confirmed that people with fibromyalgia have low serotonin levels.
Cause? Doctors don't know what causes fibromyalgia. Current thinking centers around a theory called "central sensitization." This theory states that people with fibromyalgia have a lower threshold for pain because of increased sensitivity in the brain to pain signals. Researchers believe repeated nerve stimulation causes the brains of people with fibromyalgia to change. This change involves an abnormal increase in levels of certain chemicals in the brain that signal pain (neurotransmitters). In addition, the brain's pain receptors (neurons) — which receive signals from the neurotransmitters — seem to develop a sort of memory of the pain and become more sensitive, meaning they can overreact to pain signals. In this way, pressure on a spot on the body that wouldn't hurt someone without fibromyalgia can be very painful to someone who has the condition. Yet what initiates this process of central sensitization isn't known.
    Many people connect the beginning of their fibromyalgia symptoms to a certain event. These events can include an illness such as the flu, an injury or surgery, or emotional trauma and stress.1 An event of this type combined with other factors, such as increased sensitivity to pain and an ongoing sleep disturbance, may lead to fibromyalgia syndrome in some people.
   Another thing is a drop in your energy production also has a profound effect on your muscle cells, causing them to shorten, and that makes you hurt all over . . . repairing your mitochondria cells (energy production centers), therefore addressing multiple symptoms at the same time.    My opinion after researching and talking to God is, a decrease in blood flow, neurotransmitters are not sparking the gap so to speak, also infection, depression, traumatic stress, wrong thinking or lack of Godly thinking. Meditaion day and night, prayer and listening to your Holy Spirit. Your muscles and nueroreceptors need help. 
   The neurotransmitters and the receptors (neurons) are not working effectively any more. It is explained to me kinda like the spark plug in a car. There is this gap in the the system of the neurotransmitter and receptors. Body acid or chemicals have ate away this part and they no longer spark so to speak. I am also told that chlorophyll can repair this neurotransmitter system, so your nerves can carry that signal again by the spark returning. Remedy: OK here is the bottom line. There is still hope. All you have to do is turn to God, get right with Him, CCR and work the H.O.P.E formula and have a healthy diet as I suggest in this article and you will over come fibromyalgia, insomnia, liver disease, diabetes, heart problems, whatever you have with the right diet and Godly thinking and actually doing these things you will overcome… it takes practice, practice, practice, it is hard changing the stripes on a zebra, changing habits sometimes take time. I am sure the pain will help motivate you to the new you. While training take the supplements that are recommended.
   Repair the spark gap and lengthen the muscle, increase blood flow, increased meditation with God will heal you, in doing this your deep sleep will return and heal you. If it is for God’s glory one can receive a miracle healing. You can drink chlorophyll in your daily intake of water with a little lemon and honey to taste.

Metabolism Exercise before you eat in the morning helps set your metabolism. The helps you with weight gain, helps set your burning rate. Also mustard and chili powder. Add your favorite chili sauce to taste.
Statins: Are a way to help the reduction of free radicals. You can boost their effects by adding a multi vitamin B complex, to your daily regimen. A formulation of the vitamin B niacin boosted good cholesterol. Good side effect for men is research found it lower the PSA for the prostate. Be careful of dosage liver and kidneys can be affected.

Diuretic Tea for Dissolving Kidney Stones
Dandelion and corn silk are two choices of diuretic that are effective. Diuretic tea is another natural remedy for kidney stones. Made from dandelion, corn silk, fennel seed, nettle leaf and oat straw, diuretic tea is very simple to prepare. Pour one quart of boiling water on ½ teaspoon of all the remaining herbs.
